Role Responsibilities

  • Operate production equipment, epoxy composite layup procedures and assemble parts
  • Independently use production equipment, table saw, drill press, and other shop-related tools
  • Ensure all parts are produced to specifications using supplied drawings and instructions
  • Maintain equipment and contribute to clean production area
  • Work to achieve production goals, overtime may be required
  • Handle raw materials, receive to inventory, transport to production area
  • Rework and repair assembled products per instructions and design changes as required

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must be able to communicate in English (Read, Write, Speak)
  • Must be mechanically inclined, comfortable working with hand tools
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy while working in a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to work with others in a team and take direction from Manufacturing Manager
  • Punctual, reliable and dependable
  • Ability to lift fifty pounds and odd shaped components

Optional Qualifications

  • Experience in manufacturing environment
  • Experience working with epoxy and composites
  • Experience with basic wire harness assembly, crimping, soldering, wire runs
  • Microsoft Office and assembly instruction writing skills

This is a full-time position with benefits including Paid Time Off, Sick Pay, Paid Holidays, Medical/Dental/Vision insurance. Compensation depends on experience.
